The SIScator abutment has a TiN coating that offers:

• Greater resistance to fatigue (up to 2400 vickers of hardness).
• It prevents the release of ions (ion leaching).
• Reduces the bacterial activity avoiding organic debris from adhering.

• Titanium Nitride FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
• Cytotoxicyty: election, 72 hours (according to FDA 21 CFR Pt. 58).
• Sensitizaton: maximization, Magnusson-Kigman method (according to ISO 10993).
• Irritation: intracutaneous reactivity (according to ISO 10993).
