Shipping Speed

Our shipping speed is estimated between 3 hours to 5 business days after placing and paying the order on the website. It depends on the customer and warehouse location, which will be mentioned at the checkout step on the website. If you are logged in to your account, our system will show you the estimated delivery time for each product.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges start from 19 SAR Every single order shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout because it depends on the weight, distance, and shipping speed. The shipping cost will be shown and added to the order summary on the checkout page before the payment step.

All orders that are valued +2000 SAR will be shipped free of charge, regardless of the vendors, location, weight, or product quantity.

Shipping Temperature Control

All Shipments are subject to shipping temperature below 25°C (Room Temperature/Conditioned Cabin)

Temperature Controlled (Cold/Refrigerated) items are shipped by a dedicated courier to ensure shipping circumstances meet the manufacturer's instructions.

Shipping Restrictions

We don't ship out of Saudi Arabia.

We don't offer personal pickup service from our warehouses.

We don't ship controlled medical items to non-medical practice addresses.

Return Policy

We have a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return products/orders free of charge through the order page into your account on our website. You don't need to call us or take any other action.

You can make an easy return request within the next three business days of the delivery date, as long as the product package is not opened, regardless of the reason.

The opened products package can't be returned unless damaged/broken items are recognized after use by the customer.

The customer must ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition, you received.

In case the customer asked to return items after 3 business days of delivery, we will consider it a special case, then our team will study this case to be fair with all parties.
