All orders should be paid prior to shipping, therefore bank transfer option makes your order pending till you make the transfer to our bank account. Otherwise, the order will be canceled after 3 days.

We have many scenarios to refund your money back:

Order Canceled (Not Shipped): sometimes orders contain items that went out of stock, which makes us cancel these items and make a refund directly within 24 hours. You will be notified by email.

Order Returned (Shipped and Returned): either the customer has not received the order or received and returned it, we will refund your money back after receiving the items in our warehouse.

The refund includes the item price and related expenses like shipping and VAT.

The refund process should be done to the same source of the payment, card to the same card, bank to the same bank, etc. In case of bank transfer payment, you should send us a PDF or image file showing your IBAN details to refund the money. We won't accept typed or handwritten information to make the transaction legal.


We sell small dental equipment "Plug n Play" only. Every device sold by us will be covered by the official supplier's warranty. The warranty period and details are mentioned on every product page if applicable.
