AllCem Core A2, DC Resin Cement Syringe

Clinical Overview
AllCem Core A2 is a radiopaque, high-viscosity dual‑cure resin cement in a 6 g automix dual-body syringe (base + catalyst). This 3‑in‑1 material is engineered for adhesive cementation of intraradicular posts, crown and bridge luting, and core build‑ups—curing chemically where light is absent and by light where accessible.
Key Benefits
- Versatile 3‑in‑1 use: Ideal for core build‑up, post cementation, and crown/bridge luting.
- Dual-curing reliability: Ensures full polymerization chemically in shaded areas and via light cure at accessible margins.
- Radiopaque formulation: Permits clear radiographic detection of excess cement in subgingival zones.
- Balanced viscosity: Supports precise flow in canals and sculpting of core without slumping.
- Universal adhesion: Bonds effectively to dentin, enamel, ceramic, porcelain, composite, metal, and CAD/CAM substrates.
- High mechanical strength: Excellent bending and compressive resistance for durable structural support.
Kit Contents
- 1 × 6 g automix dual-body syringe (base + catalyst) in shade A2
- 8 × self-mixing applicator tips for precise, bubble-free delivery
Working & Setting Times
- Working time: ~1 minute 30 seconds at room temperature after mixing begins.
- Light cure: ~40 seconds per accessible surface to secure restoration or post positioning.
- Chemical cure: Completes in ~6–7 minutes in shaded intracanal or marginal areas.
Indications
- Cementation of intraradicular posts (fiberglass, carbon, quartz, metal)
- Permanent adhesive luting of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, overlays in ceramic, resin, composite, or metal-based materials
- Core build-up in vital or non-vital teeth using the same cementous system
Instructions for Use
- Isolate the field (preferably with rubber dam); prepare tooth and restoration surfaces per adhesive protocol (etch, silane/primer as needed).
- Select shade A2; attach self-mixing tip and dispense cement—mix for ~10 seconds to ensure uniform consistency.
- Apply a fine layer of cement into the post space or restoration; seat gently and allow minimal overflow to form core if indicated.
- Begin excess cleanup ~2 minutes after mixing starts. If cleaned early, light-cure margins to prevent oxygen-inhibited layer formation.
- Light-cure accessible surfaces for ~40 seconds; allow full chemical set (~6–7 minutes) before finishing where light cannot reach.
- Avoid rotary polishing until final set; advise patient not to bite on the restoration for ~15 minutes post-procedure.
Summary
AllCem Core A2 (Code 19281) is a high-performance, dual‑cure resin cement formulated for universal adhesive applications including post luting, core build‑up, and crown/bridge cementation. With its balanced viscosity, radiopacity, and reliable dual polymerization mechanism, it delivers strong mechanical performance and aesthetic integration in one clinician-ready system.
