Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary depending on factors such as product weight, delivery distance, and speed. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
Shipping Temperature Control
All shipments are handled in temperature-controlled conditions below 25°C (room temperature or air-conditioned cabins).
Products requiring cold-chain handling (refrigerated/temperature-sensitive items) are shipped via dedicated couriers who follow manufacturer-specific storage and shipping protocols.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship outside of our active delivery zones. International shipping is not supported at this time.
- Personal pickup or warehouse collection services are not available.
- Controlled medical products are only shipped to verified professional medical addresses.
