AllCem A2, Resin Cement, Dual-Cure Syringe

Clinical Overview
AllCem A2 is a dualâcure, radiopaque resin cement presented in an automix dualâbody syringe containing base and catalyst pastes. Engineered by FGM, it enables adhesive cementation of indirect restorations, intraradicular posts, and core buildâupsâall in one product. Its balanced viscosity and reliable polymerization make it suitable even in areas inaccessible to curing light.
Key Benefits
- True dualâcure action: Chemical cure in shaded zones and light cure where accessible, ensuring full polymerization.
- Balanced flow: Adequate viscosity suitable for both core buildâup sculpting and precise cementation.
- Radiopaque formulation: Ideal for radiographic verification of excess cement in subgingival areas.
- Universal adhesion: Bonds to enamel, dentin, ceramics, composites, metals, CAD/CAM materials, and posts.
- High mechanical resistance: Excellent compressive and bending strength for longâterm stability.
- Available shades: Available in A1, A2 (current shade), A3, and Opaque Pearl to meet aesthetic requirements.
- Autoâmix convenience: Selfâmix tips ensure accurate delivery and minimal waste.
Kit Contents
- 1 Ă 5âŻg dualâbody automix syringe (base + catalyst) in shade A2
- 5 Ă selfâmixing applicator tips for consistent mixing and dispensing
Working & Setting Times
- Working time: Approximately 1âŻminâŻ30âŻs post-mixing at room temperature.
- Light curing: ~40âŻs per accessible surface.
- Chemical cure: Final polymerization completes within ~10âŻminutes in shaded areas.
Indications
- Permanent cementation of indirect restorationsâcrowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, overlays (ceramic, metal, composite, metalâceramic).
- Cementation of intraradicular posts (fiberglass, carbon, quartz, metal).
- Adhesive core buildâups for vital or nonâvital teeth using same material as post.
Instructions for Use
- Ensure proper isolation (rubber dam or relative isolation); prepare tooth and restoration (etch, sandblast, silanate if indicated).
- Select shade A2 and express cement directly or mix on pad or via autoâmix tip for ~10âŻseconds to ensure homogeneity.
- Apply cement inside restoration or canal; seat restoration or post, shaping core as needed.
- Begin cleaning excess cement ~2âŻminutes after mixing; if done early, lightâcure margins to prevent oxygen inhibition.
- Lightâcure each accessible surface for ~40âŻs; allow chemical set to complete (~10âŻmin) in shaded zones.
- Avoid rotary polishing until fully cured; advise patient to avoid biting for ~15âŻminutes postâprocedure.
Summary
AllCem A2 (CodeâŻ19277) is a highâperformance, automix dualâcure resin cement ideal for definitive cementation, intraradicular post placement, and core buildâupsâall in one material. With its radiopacity, reliable dual curing, universal adhesion across substrates, and aesthetic shade selection, it delivers consistent and durable clinical outcomes.
