Instructions for Use

1. Place model in pellet cup, clamp thermoplastic sheet over model.
2. Scan sheet’s barcode or manually select material settings.
3. Swivel infrared heater into position; heats in ~1 sec.
4. Close pressure chamber to apply up to 4 bar; acoustic signal at end of heating.
5. Let cooling cycle complete—then release pressure with “AIR” key.
6. Remove formed appliance, finish and trim as needed.
