UltraEZ™ is a high-viscosity, sustained-release desensitizing gel containing 3 % potassium nitrate and approximately 0.11 %‑0.25 % fluoride ion. It rapidly relieves sensitivity caused by whitening procedures, exposed dentin, thermal/chemical stimuli, or toothbrush abrasion by sealing and depolarizing dentinal tubules. Available in both custom‑tray syringes and disposable UltraFit™ trays.

Application Guidelines

• Wear duration: 15–60 minutes per application depending on sensitivity and tolerance.
• Frequency: Use once or twice daily until sensitivity resolves; ideal as pre- or post-whitening adjunct.

Instructions for Use

1. Brush teeth thoroughly before tray or syringe application.
2. For custom trays: express UltraEZ gel into each tray arch (upper/lower) and seat securely.
3. For disposable UltraFit™ trays: remove from packaging, center tray on dentition, bite lightly and discard colored outer tray leaving inner tray in place.
4. Wear tray for 15–60 minutes as tolerated; do not exceed recommended duration.
5. After use, brush teeth gently and rinse tray; no rinsing needed immediately after wear to preserve fluoride benefits.
6. Do not swallow gel. Store at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. Not for overnight use.
