Overview
ConvaTec SUR-FIT flexible, transparent ostomy wafer designed for use with colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy pouches. Its flexible ring conforms to irregular stoma contours to improve adherence and provide a more durable protective barrier.

Indications
- Colostomy: for individuals who cannot pass stool normally due to partial removal of the large intestine (e.g., tumors), congenital anomalies, obstruction, colitis, or conditions involving the anus and rectum.
- Ileostomy: for conditions or congenital anomalies involving the terminal small intestine.
- Urostomy: for individuals who cannot urinate normally due to bladder problems such as chronic infections or bladder cancer, congenital anomalies, or following cystectomy.
Sizes and compatibility
- 45 mm wafer: suitable for stoma openings 12–32 mm.
- 57 mm wafer: suitable for stoma openings 12–39 mm.
- 70 mm wafer: suitable for stoma openings 12–64 mm.
Directions for use
- Clean the skin around the stoma with water and soap.
- Dry the skin thoroughly.
- Place the wafer on the skin around the stoma.
- Press the wafer onto the skin for 30 seconds.
Precautions
- Do not use if the skin around the stoma is injured or inflamed.
- Do not apply to wet skin.
- Replace the wafer every 48 hours or as needed.
