The FGM Technology Kit combines two premium Vittra APS composite shades—DA2 (dentin) and EA2 (enamel)—with Ambar Universal APS adhesive. Vittra APS is a zirconium‑silicate‑based nano‑hybrid composite offering exceptional polishability, high mechanical resistance, extended working time under operatory lighting, and true shade predictability. Ambar Universal APS is a BPA‑free, universal adhesive compatible with total‑etch, self‑etch, and selective‑etch protocols. It provides superior bond strength to enamel, dentin, ceramics, metal, and fiber post substrates.

Working & Setting Times

• Working time: Extended under operatory ambient light due to APS technology (~30–60 s typical).
• Polymerization: Light-cure per composite manufacturer’s guidelines (variable by shade and light source).

• Direct composite veneers and shade layering protocols

Instructions for Use

1. Isolate and prepare tooth; clean and dry enamel/dentin surfaces.
2. Select etching mode (total-etch, self-etch, or selective-etch) and apply Ambar Universal APS.
3. Air-dry gently and light-cure adhesive as per protocol.
4. Dispense composite incrementally from DA2 and EA2 syringes using the Smart‑lock dosing tip.
5. Model and shape composite; light-cure each layer following manufacturer’s exposure time.
6. Finish and polish restoration using fine grit discs and polishing paste. Vittra APS retains sheen even after acid exposure.
7. Check occlusion and adjust margins as needed.
