Indications

• Gingival retraction and sulcus drying before conventional or digital impressions
• Margin exposure during crown, bridge, veneer, or adhesive restorative procedures
• Recommended for wider sulcus or posterior tissue management scenarios
• Use with topical hemostatic agents such as RapidStat or Hemodent for optimal fluid control

Instructions for Use

1. Clean and evaluate the gingival sulcus; measure required length using SmartRuler™ on the spool label.
2. Cut cord using the integrated EasyCut™ blade.
3. If needed, saturate cord with a hemostatic agent.
4. Gently place cord into the sulcus using a cord‑packing instrument—avoid excessive pressure.
5. Allow cord to remain for approximately 1–2 minutes to achieve effective tissue displacement and hemostasis.
6. Remove cord gently and rinse thoroughly before continuing with impression or cementation.
