AllCem Core OP, DC Resin Cement Syringe

Clinical Overview
AllCem Core OP is a radiopaque, dual‑cure resin cement delivered via a 6 g automix dual‑body syringe (base + catalyst), formulated in an opaque pearl shade. Designed as a universal 3‑in‑1 solution, it supports core build‑up, adhesive cementation of intraradicular posts, and prosthetic crowns with reliable polymerization—light‑cure where accessible and self‑cure in shaded regions.
Key Benefits
- Three‑in‑One versatility: Excellent for core build‑up, post cementation, and crown luting.
- Balanced viscosity: Enables smooth core sculpting and precise cement deployment without slumping.
- Dual‑cure reliability: Chemical cure in areas without light and light cure where accessible—ensures full setting.
- Radiopaque formula: Easily detectable in radiographs to verify excess cement removal.
- Universal adhesion: Bonds effectively to enamel, dentin, ceramics, composites, metals, CAD/CAM materials, and post types.
- High mechanical resistance: Strong bending/compression strength supports long-term restoration stability.
- Opaque‑pearl shade: Ideal for aesthetic masking in high-discoloration clinical situations.
Kit Contents
- 1 × 6 g dual‑body automix syringe in Opaque Pearl shade
- 8 × self‑mixing applicator tips for precision delivery and bubble-free mixing
Working & Setting Times
- Working time: Approximately 1 minute 30 seconds at room temperature after mixing begins
- Light cure: ~40 seconds per accessible surface to secure restoration placement
- Chemical cure: Final setting completes in ~6–7 minutes in light‑deprived areas
Indications
- Core build‑up in vital or endodontically treated teeth
- Cementation of intraradicular posts (fiberglass, carbon, quartz, metal) including post/core procedures
- Permanent adhesive cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, overlays—including ceramic, composite or metal-based restorations
Instructions for Use
- Isolate operative field (preferably rubber dam or relative isolation); prepare tooth and restoration (etch, silanate/prime according to substrate protocol)
- Select Opaque Pearl shade; attach automix tip and dispense cement—mix for ~10 seconds for homogeneity
- Apply thin cement layer inside restoration or root canal; seat restoration or post in place, allowing slight overflow to form core if indicated
- Begin excess cement removal ~2 minutes after mixing begins. If removed early, light‑cure margins to prevent oxygen‑inhibited layer
- Light‑cure accessible surfaces for ~40 seconds; allow full chemical setting (~6–7 minutes) before finishing in shaded areas
- Avoid rotary polishing until full cure; advise patient to refrain from biting on restored tooth for at least 15 minutes
Summary
AllCem Core OP (Code 19283) delivers a reliable, high‑strength, dual‑cure cement system in an opaque shade designed for masking discolored substrates. Featuring universal adhesion, balanced viscosity, radiopacity, and automix convenience, it offers clinically efficient performance for post cementation, core build‑ups, and final cementation of indirect restorations.
