AllCem Core A1, DC Resin Cement Syringe

Clinical Overview
AllCem Core A1 is a radiopaque, high‑viscosity dual‑cure resin cement presented in a 6 g automix double‑body syringe (base + catalyst). Engineered by FGM as a versatile “3‑in‑1” material, it supports core build‑ups, intraradicular post cementation, and prosthetic crown luting. Its dual‑curing mechanism ensures complete polymerization—even in areas beyond light access.
Key Benefits
- 3‑in‑1 versatility: Suitable for core build‑up, post cementation, and crown/bridge luting with a single material.
- Reliable dual curing: Light‑cure where accessible; chemical cure completes in shaded areas.
- Excellent mechanical strength: High resistance to bending and compression ensures long-term stability.
- Radiopaque formulation: Visible on radiographs to assist in identifying residual cement.
- Universal substrate adhesion: Bonds reliably to enamel, dentin, ceramics, composites, metals, CAD/CAM materials, and posts.
- Balanced viscosity: Supports both luting precision and core sculpting without slumping.
- Accurate automix delivery: Self‑mixing tips eliminate air bubbles and provide consistent delivery.
Kit Contents
- 1 × 6 g automix double‑body syringe (base + catalyst) in shade A1
- 8 × self‑mixing applicator tips for precise and bubble-free delivery.
Working & Setting Times
- Working time: Approximately 1 minute 30 seconds at room temperature after mixing begins.
- Light curing: ~40 seconds per accessible surface to stabilize restoration placement.
- Chemical curing: Final polymerization completes in ~6–7 minutes in unlit or shaded areas.
Indications
- Adhesive cementation of intraradicular posts (fiberglass, carbon, quartz, metal)
- Permanent luting of crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, overlays in ceramic, composite, metal, or resin substrates
- Core build‑up in vital or non‑vital teeth—creates a seamless structure with post when needed.
Instructions for Use
- Ensure proper isolation (rubber dam or relative isolation) and prepare restoration/tooth (etch, silanate, prime per substrate).
- Select shade A1; attach self‑mixing tip and dispense cement—mix for ~10 seconds to ensure homogeneity.
- Apply a thin cement layer inside the restoration or canal; seat firmly. Use excess material to sculpt core if indicated.
- Clean excess cement approximately 2 minutes after mixing begins. If cleaned earlier, light‑cure margins to avoid oxygen inhibition.
- Light‑cure each accessible surface for ~40 seconds; allow chemical cure to complete in shaded zones (~6–7 minutes).
- Do not use rotary polishing until full polymerization; advise patient to avoid biting on the restoration for at least 15 minutes.
Summary
AllCem Core A1 (Code 19280) is a universal dual‑cure resin cement offering core build‑up, post cementation, and crown luting functionality in a single clinician‑ready system. With its adhesive versatility, mechanical strength, radiopacity, and automix convenience, it delivers predictable, long-term outcomes with streamlined workflow.
