Indications

• Final cementation of metal restorations using a self-etching / self-adhesive resin cement.

Instructions for Use

1. Clean and prepare the tooth/abutment and the internal surface of the metal restoration according to standard clinical protocol.
2. Ensure the field is reasonably isolated and manage moisture; Totalcem is formulated to seal in the presence of oral fluids.
3. Attach a mixing tip and dispense a small amount to ensure a uniform mix before clinical application.
4. Dispense Totalcem using the automix system and apply a thin, uniform layer inside the restoration.
5. For precise placement, use the fine or extra-fine intra-oral tips as needed.
6. Seat the restoration fully with steady pressure and verify complete seating.
7. Optional light cure: Light-cure margins to accelerate setting and facilitate removal of excess material.
8. Allow self-curing to complete polymerisation in deeper or opaque areas where light does not reach.
9. Remove excess cement, check occlusion, and finish margins according to routine cementation protocols.
