ROEKO Gelatamp, 14x7x7 mm, PK/20

ROEKO Gelatamp is a sterile, resorbable gelatine sponge impregnated with 5% colloidal silver, designed to prevent wound infections and secondary bleeding following dental extractions and surgical procedures. The colloidal silver imparts a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect throughout the absorption period, giving the sponge its characteristic brown color.

Composition:

• Hardened gelatine Ph. Eur.: 9.5 mg
• Colloidal silver Ph. Eur.: 0.5 mg

Indications:

• Management of bleeding in wound cavities post-extraction
• Prophylaxis against wound infections and secondary hemorrhage
• Use as a dressing after gingivectomy and in periodontopathies
