• 1 × 2.5 mL syringe of Condac 37% phosphoric acid etchant (blue-pigmented, thixotropic)
• Applicator/bonding tip(s) as supplied

Working & Setting Times

• Etching time: Apply Condac 37% gel to enamel/dentin for 15–20 seconds.
• Adhesive application: Orthocem dispensed and bracket placed; light-cure to set adhesive immediately.

• Bonding of orthodontic brackets and tubes made of metal, ceramic or polycarbonate to enamel.

Instructions for Use

1. Perform dental prophylaxis (pumice) and rinse; dry enamel thoroughly.
2. Apply Condac 37% etchant gel to enamel for ~15–20 s; rinse with water and air-dry.
3. Dispense Orthocem adhesive directly to bracket mesh; no separate primer needed.
4. Position and seat bracket accurately; remove excess adhesive as needed.
5. Light-polymerize adhesive per manufacturer’s instructions (e.g. LED cure 10–20 s).
6. Verify bracket placement and clean any excess; repeat as necessary for full arch.
