Composite Opallis E-Bleach, Nano Hybrid Resin Syringe

Clinical Overview
Opallis E‑Bleach is a radiopaque nano‑hybrid resin composite in a compact 2 g syringe, formulated with Schott glass fillers (~0.5 µm particle size). Engineered for direct anterior and posterior restorations, it offers excellent polishability, optical integration (opalescence/fluorescence), smooth viscosity, and intuitive sculpting. Designed for bleaching cases, the shade provides predictable esthetic outcomes.
Key Benefits
- Schott glass filler: High purity, optimal refractive index, and enhanced radiopacity with 0.5 µm average particle size.
- Excellent polishability: Reduced wear and surface roughness enable long-lasting high-gloss restoration finish.
- Fluorescent and opalescent qualities: Seamless esthetic integration across anterior and posterior restorations.
- Ideal viscosity: Smooth handling and sculpting without slumping or stickiness.
- Targeted shade for bleaching cases: E‑Bleach shade matches bleached dentition for optimal visual outcomes.
Kit Contents
- 1 × 2 g syringe of Opallis E‑Bleach nano‑hybrid composite
- Precision dispensing tip for incremental placement
Working & Setting Times
- Handling: Extended working time under clinical lighting, allowing fine sculpting before curing.
- Curing incrementally: Apply layers ≤1.5 mm and cure each per standard adhesive protocol. LED curing light ≥450 mW/cm² is recommended.
Indications
- Direct restorations of anterior and posterior teeth (Classes I–V).
- Restoration of bleached teeth where shade match is critical.
- Composite veneers, diastema closure, enamel repairs, and minor restorative adjustments.
- Bonding of dental fragments, minor core build-ups, and composite repairs.
Instructions for Use
- Perform prophylaxis and shade selection on clean, hydrated tooth surfaces.
- Isolate with rubber dam if possible; prepare cavity and apply etchant and adhesive per product protocol.
- Dispense Opallis E‑Bleach via syringe tip into the preparation in ≤1.5 mm layers.
- Sculpt restorative anatomy using composite instruments while maintaining moisture control.
- Light‑cure each increment individually using an LED curing unit per adhesive manufacturer’s guidelines.
- After restoration completion, check occlusion and remove flash or excess material.
- Finish and polish using fine polishing disks (e.g. Diamond Pro), felt pads (Diamond Flex), and polishing pastes (Diamond Excel).
Summary
Opallis E‑Bleach Composite is a specialty nano‑hybrid resin engineered for restorations on bleached teeth. Featuring Schott glass fillers for superior polish, opalescence and fluorescence for natural esthetics, and smooth handling with extended working time, it offers reliable shade integration and clinician-friendly application workflows.
