Instructions for Use & Application Time
- Loading: Dispense gel into custom tray covering most of one arch or localized sensitive areas.
- Application duration: Wear tray for 15‑60 minutes daily, as directed. Effective first use often within first application.
- Removal: After use, rinse tray and teeth thoroughly; avoid ingestion of gel.
