PermaFlo™ Pink is a light‑cured, radiopaque, methacrylate‑based flowable composite designed as an attractive, non‑surgical alternative to gingival grafting. It provides a masking layer over exposed root surfaces and areas of gingival recession, blending seamlessly with soft tissue while reducing sensitivity.

Working & Handling

• Light‑curing delivery: Use Micro 20 ga tips for precise placement; cures rapidly under typical curing lights.
• No mixing required: Ready-to-use syringe system improves chairside efficiency.
• Wet bonding compatible: Place over dentin adhesive (e.g. Peak™ Universal Bond) for predictable adhesion.

Indications

• Masking gingival recession or exposed root surfaces in Class V restorations
• Alternative to mucogingival surgical grafting when contraindicated or declined
• Enhancing esthetics and comfort in anterior or posterior cervical lesions

Instructions for Use

1. Isolate the preparation; manage sulcular fluid via cord or dam.
2. Etch enamel/dentin for ~15 seconds, then apply adhesive system (e.g. Peak™ Universal Bond); air thin and light cure ~10 sec.
3. Attach a Micro 20 ga tip; dispense a thin layer (~0.5–1 mm) of PermaFlo Pink onto exposed root or recession area, then light cure 10 sec.
4. Build additional 1–2 mm increments if needed, curing each layer separately.
5. Finish and polish using fine burs, polishing strips, or cups (e.g. Jiffy HiShine system).
6. Discard tips after use to prevent cross-contamination.
