Usage & Timing

• Between instrumentation: Use intermittently as a chelating irrigant during canal preparation to soften dentin and facilitate file progression.
• Final irrigation: Recommended dwell time ~60 seconds before final rinse and obturation.

Instructions for Use

1. Ensure canal is cleaned with NaOCl and shape file protocol is complete.
2. Attach a NaviTip™ delivery tip (e.g. 31 ga sideport or FX tip) to the IndiSpense™ syringe.
3. Deliver EDTA solution into canal, allowing fluid contact throughout root lengths.
4. Allow solution to dwell for approximately 60 seconds to chelate smear layer.
5. Rinse canal thoroughly with saline or distilled water to wash out EDTA residues.
6. Dry canal and proceed with obturation. Avoid mixing EDTA with NaOCl in same syringe to prevent precipitate formation.
