مواد إلصاق الترميمات السنية هي نوع من المواد اللاصقة التي تستخدم لربط المواد الترميمية للأسنان بهيكل السن. يتم استخدامه في مجموعة متنوعة من إجراءات طب الأسنان مثل حشو التجاويف، ووضع الحشوات، وربط الأقواس التقويمية.
هناك عدة أجيال من اللاصق المواد السنية، ولكل منها خصائصه وخصائصه الفريدة. يتم تصنيفها عمومًا إلى ثمانية أجيال (يتم إيقاف الأول والثاني والثالث):
الجيل الرابع: عملية من 3 خطوات تتكون من مكونات منفصلة (تخريش، أساس، ولصق)، تم تصميمها لاستخدامها في وضع "التخريش والشطف". باستخدام هذه المكونات بشكل فردي، توفر العملية تحكمًا كبيرًا وتأكيدًا متزايدًا لإكمال كل خطوة بشكل صحيح. ومع ذلك، فهو ليس الخيار الأكثر فعالية بالنسبة لطبيب الأسنان وليس الخيار الأكثر راحة للمريض.
الجيل الخامس: عملية مكونة من عنصرين. التخريش منفصل، ولكن تم دمج الأساس واللصق في خطوة واحدة، وقد تم تصميمهما لاستخدامهما في وضع "التخريش الكلي". يمكن استخدام هذا النوع من مواد الإلصاق في كل من الترميمات المباشرة وغير المباشرة، وتوفير الكثير من الوقت لكل من أطباء الأسنان والمريض.
الجيل السادس: عملية من خطوتين، حيث يكون التخريش والأساس معًا ويكون اللاصق منفصلاً. تم تصميمها لاستخدامها في وضع "التخريش الذاتي"، يتم تطبيق الأساس والتخريش الذاتي أولاً ثم يتبعه اللاصق. هذا النوع من الترابط لديه القدرة على التفاعل مع بنية السن بطرق تعزز قوة الرابطة وطول عمرها.
الجيل السابع: عملية من خطوة واحدة "الكل في واحد"، تشمل جميع المواد الضرورية (مخرش، أساس، وريزن) في زجاجة واحدة، مما يلغي الحاجة إلى خطوات تخريش وشطف وخلط منفصلة. إنه أفضل موفر للوقت بين جميع أجيال لواصق الأسنان.
الجيل الثامن: المعروف أيضًا باسم "الكل في واحد" أو "خطوة واحدة"، المونومرات اللاصقة متعددة الوظائف وجسيمات SiO2 النانوية عالية الأداء لتعزيز قدرات الترابط. هذه الجسيمات النانوية، التي يبلغ قطرها 20 نانومتر، تساعد في ربط مكونات الراتينج بشكل متقاطع وتشكيل طبقة لاصقة أكثر سمكًا ومرونة. يمكن أن يساعد هذا في تقليل الضغط الناجم عن انكماش البلمرة في الكومبوزيت.
