الأسمنت السني هو نوع من المواد اللاصقة المستخدمة في طب الأسنان لربط أو تثبيت ترميمات مختلفة للأسنان مثل التيجان والجسور وقشور الفينيير على الأسنان. يمكن استخدامه أيضًا لملء التجاويف وكقاعدة للحشوات الدائمة. تأتي أنواع الأسمنت السنية في مجموعة متنوعة، ولكل منها خصائصه واستخداماته الخاصة.
أسمنت فوسفات الزنك:
- إنه نوع من الأسمنت الدائم للأسنان تم تقديمه لأول مرة في أوائل القرن العشرين.
- يتكون من خليط مسحوق من أكسيد المغنيسيوم وأكسيد الزنك وحمض الفوسفوريك السائل.
- وهي معروفة بقوة الضغط العالية وسمك الأغشية الرقيقة عند تطبيقها بشكل صحيح.
- يتم استخدامه لتثبيت البطانات وأجهزة تقويم الأسنان والتيجان وأنظمة اللصق.

أسمنت الزنك متعدد الكربوكسيل:
- إنه أول أسمنت يشكل رابطة كيميائية لهيكل الأسنان عن طريق استبدال حمض الفوسفوريك بحمض البولي أكريليك.
