This resting hand splint is designed to reduce pain and swelling by providing comfortable support and immobilization of the hand and wrist in a neutral, functional position. It helps lessen nerve irritation in carpal tunnel syndrome by supporting and resting the wrist in a loose-pack position, and maintains soft-tissue length to help prevent contractures.

- Reduces pain and edema in the hand and wrist associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tenosynovitis (tendonitis).
- Useful in burn injury management with an optional finger separator.
