Overview

Hot/Cold Gel Pack for knee, ankle, and elbow (Model ASP7207). Reusable gel pack with a washable outer cover, suitable for targeted hot or cold therapy across multiple body areas. The pack remains flexible even when fully frozen and is designed to be leakproof with non-toxic filling.

Indications and uses

Intended to help relieve pain and reduce swelling. Suitable for minor sports-related inflammation and accidental injuries. Can be used as first aid to help limit minor bleeding, bruising, and sensitivities such as insect bites. Cold therapy is preferred for new injuries. Heat therapy is used to alleviate pain, increase muscle mobility, stimulate blood circulation, and ease toothache, as well as knee, leg, back, neck, and menstrual pain. Heat should not be used for new injuries or when bleeding is present.

Directions

• Cold use: Place in a freezer for at least 2 hours. Insert into a strap or wrap in a cloth before application.
• Hot use: Boil water in a pot, remove from heat, then immerse the pack for 6–10 minutes. Insert into a strap or wrap in a cloth before application.
• The pack can also be heated in a microwave.
