BTL-6000 Shockwave Device, Revision Kit

Overview

Revision kit for the BTL-6000 shockwave device handpiece (applicator), compatible with PRO and ELITE versions. The kit is designed to restore handpiece performance to factory specifications by renewing internal wear components that affect wave intensity and penetration.

When to replace

Recommended after approximately 1,000,000 shocks or when prompted by the device.

Effects of wear

• Reduced pressure (bar).
• Inaccurate wave frequency.
• Unusual noise from the handpiece.

Included components

• Replacement tube.
• Replacement piston.

Replacement procedure

1. Disassembly: Remove the handpiece (applicator) cover and take out the old tube and piston.
2. Cleaning: Use the dedicated brush to clean the internal cavity of the handpiece from metallic debris.
3. Installation: Install the new tube and new piston supplied in the kit. Do not use oils or greases unless instructed by the device manual.
4. Reset: After installation, reset the shock counter in the device settings to begin a new service cycle.
