Bactigras Paraffin Gauze Dressing, Sterile, 5 x 5 cm is a low-adherent primary wound contact layer made from open-weave medical gauze impregnated with white paraffin and containing 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate. It helps protect the wound surface and minimize adherence during dressing changes while allowing exudate to pass to a secondary absorbent dressing.
